How an engagement actually runs.
Discovery, then build, then keep it running. The same shape every time. The output looks different for every team because every team’s workflows are different.
Three stages, every time.
Discovery
I spend four to six hours with your team mapping how the work actually runs. You walk away with a prioritized plan: which workflows to automate, in what order, and what the build looks like. The plan is yours whether you hire me to build it or not.
Build and Deploy
Custom Claude Skills built to your templates and voice, deployed inside the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace apps your team already uses. Each skill is tested with the relevant role group before rollout.
Train and Support
One all hands onboarding session plus role specific reference cards. A 30 day check in to refine what is working and what is not. Monthly methodology license fee covers ongoing access, refinements, and new skills as your team grows.
What your team uses every day.
Every engagement comes with a client portal account for your team. Project status, deliverables, billing, and a project-aware AI assistant all live in one place. The same portal that runs your engagement runs every engagement, so what you see today keeps improving as the methodology grows.
Project dashboard
A single view of every active workflow, build phase, and decision waiting on your team. No status meetings to schedule a status check on what status the project is in.
Deliverables review
Documents drafted during the engagement land in your portal as soon as they are ready. You review, comment, and accept directly. No back-and-forth across email threads.
Project chat
A project-aware AI assistant your team can ask anything about the engagement. It has context on your scope, your deliverables, and your decisions, so the answers are not generic.
Billing visibility
Invoices, time entries when applicable, and subscription status all live in your portal. Always current, always one click from the dashboard.
Built by someone who has lived it.
Most trades operators have the same problem. I spent 13 years in residential and commercial roofing watching it. Too much still happens by hand.
Reports typed up after the fact. Numbers checked against a PDF. Data shuffled between spreadsheets and systems that do not talk to each other. The people doing it are good at their jobs. They are just doing things a system could handle.
The pattern repeats across trades. Roofing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, general contracting. Stuff moves between tools that should be talking to each other. The fix looks similar every time.
A generic SaaS vendor sells you a platform and disappears. I sit with your team, learn exactly how your process runs, and build only what fits. Then I stay around to keep it running.
Built around your process
Not a platform you bend your business to fit. I design around how you already operate, then automate the parts that should never have been manual.
Plain agreements
How the methodology engine is deployed in your environment, and what stays under our control versus yours, is spelled out in your engagement agreement. No surprises.
Here after launch
Your monthly license fee covers ongoing access to the methodology engine, small refinements, and new skills as your team grows. Engagements are designed so the work keeps running cleanly between us.
Questions I get before we start.
Yes. Build work happens remote. I come in person for kickoff and the working sessions where being in the room matters. Plenty of my engagements have shipped without anyone in the same zip code.
Start with Discovery.
Four to six hours with your team. A prioritized plan you keep whether or not we build it together.
