The short version of how data is handled while the formal policy is being drafted: SpendSync bank connections use Plaid, which means your bank credentials never reach our servers. Receipts and transaction data live in a Postgres database with row level security and per-tenant isolation. AI Workflows run inside your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, so your document content never leaves your environment. We do not sell, share, or aggregate your data with anyone.
